Liber Bi-Folding Doors
The Liber Superthermic Insulated Bi-Folding Doors offer a solution for large openings, accommodating widths of up to 12 metres and heights of 6 metres. Designed with versatility in mind, these doors can open to one or both sides with various leaf configurations, making them ideal for diverse applications.

- Enhanced Thermal Insulation: Utilising our Superthermic panel, these insulated bi-folding doors have a thermal insulation rating of 1.53 W/m².˚K. For superior performance, the ISOMAX panel offers 1.15 W/m².˚K.
- High Wind Resistance: Built to withstand challenging weather conditions, the doors are rated to Class 4 wind resistance.
- Space-Saving Design: The simplistic top rail and side-hinged system require only 150mm of headroom, opening to 90 or 180 degrees, allowing for large openings without the need for a bottom track.
- Customisable: Available in eight standard colours, with an optional painted finish, the pre-coated steel skins can be customised to meet your specifications. Alternatively, aluminium panels are available upon request.
- Integrated Wicket Door: The Liber door features a full-width wicket door that can be supplied with or without a threshold, providing added fire safety and security.
- Burglary resistance: the Liber door is tested and certifiec for class RC3 or RC2 (with wicket door).
Technical Specifications
- Maximum width of 12000mm (12 metres) and maximum height of 6000mm (6 metres), subject to the application.
- Available in manual or electric operation, with standard opening speeds of up to 200mm per second, depending on size, facilitated by a 240v single-phase drive.
- Designed with emergency opening capabilities.
- Manufactured from 55mm thick, high-density foam-filled twin-skin steel panels with a concealed hinge system, complying with EN12424 Class 4 wind load standards and other relevant safety regulations.
- Designed with an integrated locking shoot bolt and optionally available automated doors equipped with safety edges and photocells.
- CE marked.
- Fully adjustable top track, leaves, hinges, and bottom seal for quick installation with sealing and no ground track.
